When a matter arrives with thousands of documents and a deadline, the first job is working out what's relevant. We review and code every document against your issues and hand back a set you can work from.

Relevance coding: every document coded as relevant or not relevant to the issues you define.
Privilege review: each document assessed for privilege, with the basis recorded.
Issue tagging: documents tagged against the specific issues in your matter.
A filtered document set: the relevant documents, ready for your review or production.
A schedule of privilege claims (privilege log): ready to support your list of documents.

Working with the records you have

We review the records you provide. If they need to be exported from your systems, we can work directly with your IT provider.

Need more than the filtered set?

Common questions

What file types can you work with?

We'll work with just about any format that contains readable text, including PDFs, Word documents, scanned records, emails, spreadsheets and HTML. We can also assist with audio files, provided they are in a transcribable format.

How do we send you the documents?

After a conflict check, we send you a secure upload link for your matter. You don't need an account.

Who reviews the documents?

The partner you instruct runs the review and signs off the coded set. Our own in-house tools help us work through large volumes, and the coding is reviewed by a lawyer.

How is it priced?

It's quoted before we start, based on the volume of documents.

How long does it take?

It depends on the volume and your deadline. Turnaround is agreed for each engagement, and we can fast-track matters with tight deadlines.
